Yes, I am indeed plugging along with Legend. As I posted previously, I am amazed at how well printing my pages out has been in regards to editing. It has been incredibly more productive and rewarding. I still can’t get past how wonderful the weight alone feels in my hands. Unfortunately, (maybe not so unfortunate really), I will be removing a chunk of text from the story altogether (and saving it of course). I can see the story much more clearly now, and I am seeing things that don’t work as well as I thought they did. This is a good thing. This is what writers are supposed to be able to do… find flaws. In the meantime, I’ll keep using all my ink and buying more paper for the additional 200 pages or so that still need to be printed. 74,000 words is a lot on the Canon. Now if I could only figure out how to bind them all…..
