There are so many incredible writers, so much talent, and too many books to ever try to read them all. I thought, in light of that fact, it would be nice to share some of the best of the best. Quick little hints of what lies inside the pages of some of the books from my favorite authors.

JK Rowling:

“Dumbledore watched her fly away, and as her silvery glow faded he turned back to Snape, and his eyes were full of tears.
“After all this time?”
“Always,” said Snape.

First up, the amazing, Neil Gaiman.

“I think I fell in love with her, a little bit. Isn’t that dumb? But it was like I knew her. Like she was my oldest, dearest friend. The kind of person you can tell anything to, no matter how bad, and they’ll still love you, because they know you. I wanted to go with her. I wanted her to notice me. And then she stopped walking. Under the moon, she stopped. And looked at us. She looked at me. Maybe she was trying to tell me something; I don’t know. She probably didn’t even know I was there. But I’ll always love her. All my life.”

The Alchemyst

I read all the time.
And the books I love, I read over and over again. It’s par for the
course I assume. One of my favorite authors is Michael
Scott
. The Secrets of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel series
is wonderful. Full of rich history embedded in to a fantastical
fictional world. It’s this weaving of history and fantasy that I so
relish in writers. It’s not a common gift unfortunately, so when I
happen to run across these types of authors I am thrilled.
Mythology for me is simply magical and Scott is a master in this
genre. I find myself getting lost in what the past may have been
like here on Earth.
Wondering how all these incredibly unbelievable myths can really be
so unbelievable. I find myself moving in to these other worlds with
ease and not wanting to leave. The Necromancer, the fourth book in the series, I am sad to
say I have not yet read but am anxiously admiring the book cover and know like all those before it, it will have a
lasting place on my overly full shelves. I will not be able to put
this book down until it has been read cover to cover and cover to
cover again. Kudos to Mr. Scott and Thank you for sharing your
brilliant imagination.
